Filing A Claim & Return to Work Resources to Help with COVID-19 Compliance

With the protests that have taken place in many cities and communities across the country and as you bring your employees back to work with the COVID-19 Pandemic situation, I want to remind you that we are here to support you and help with insurance questions and concerns.

It’s a challenging time for all of us and I hope you, your employees and your families are safe.

To assist you in maintaining healthy business operations and work environments as your bring your team back to the workplace, we’ve pulled together a Return to Work Toolkit from the CDC, the DOL, SHRM and OSHA that includes helpful workplace printable postings, HR checklists, COVID-19 safety training videos, communication resources in English and Spanish and a Sample COVID-19 Safety Plan that’s now required by OSHA to be made part of your IIPP safety program.

Rest assured that Granite & E-COMP are well prepared to support you as these situations develop. If you need to report a claim, our carrier’s claims representatives are standing by and are ready to get your claim recorded and processed. You will find a list of claims contact information by carrier, located here. For all other carriers or questions, contact your Account Manager @ 1-888-347-2647 or email at: Claims@graniteins.com.

If you require any other assistance, please do not hesitate to call me directly at any of my below numbers.

Thank you for trusting Granite Insurance Brokers and E-COMP.
